UAE Ship Arrives At Ashdod Port With 2500 Tonnes of Aid For Palestinians

The UAE has dispatched a ship filled with essential aid for the people of Gaza. This vessel arrived at Ashdod Port, where a significant 2,500 tonnes of cargo was unloaded and prepared for transport via trucks.

The supplies included food packages, flour, milk, tea, dates, and more, all aimed at supporting the community and easing their suffering, particularly as they face the threat of famine, according to WAM.

Tragically, thousands of Palestinians have lost their lives, and many others have been displaced, separated from family members or even buried under the rubble of their homes due to falling debris from Israeli missiles.

The situation is dire, exacerbated by shortages of food and water, leading to a collapse of basic living conditions.

This aid delivery falls under the UAE's Operation Chivalrous Knight 3 initiative, launched in 2023 by President Sheikh Mohamed, in partnership with Emirates Red Crescent and other charitable organizations in the UAE.
